The KFNV is excited to announce its first ever baseball game outing.   The particulars are:

Date: Saturday, July 13, 2024

Who: All members of the King Farm Community are invited to the game. You do not have to be a member of King Farm Neighbors Village (KFNV) to participate in this event.

Time:  7:00 pm

Place:   Shirley Povich Field at Cabin John Park, 10600 Westlake Drive, Rockville, MD, 20852

Teams: Bethesda Big Train vs Gaithersburg Giants

How to Participate: The Big Train management has reserved a block of tickets for KFNV members. Participants must go to the website: https://www.bigtrain.org/individual-tickets, scroll down to the July 13th game, and click on “Get Tickets.” You will see a link under the cart in the top right corner that says “Enter Group Code.”  Click on that and enter the KFNV code.  (This code will be given to participants in an email after they RSVP to the event.) Once seats are selected, continue to checkout. The total ticket price is $13.84, which includes fees. Note: tickets can be purchased using this website only until July 11th at 7:00 pm.  In addition, after the cut-no one will be able to walk up to the gate for a guaranteed spot in the KFNV section.

Inclement Weather: If the game is called because of bad weather, the game will be rescheduled, and you will be able to use the tickets for that rescheduled date or for another date if you can’t make the rescheduled date.

Food and Beverages: There will be food, concessions, soft drinks, and beer available for purchase at the park.

Questions: Contact the KFNV Operations Coordinator at kfnvinfo@gmail.com, or leave a voicemail at (301) 799-8104 if you have any questions about this event, especially if you have questions about how to purchase tickets.

The KFNV hopes to see you at the ball game on July 13,2024!
