THE STORY OF KING FARM

On Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 4:00-5:00 pm in the King Farm Community Center, Ms. Ann Garrett “Garrie” King Black offered her presentation: The Story of King Farm. Ms. Garrett is the granddaughter of W. Lawson King, who in 1925 purchased the farmhouse and land that became known as King Farm. There were 50 audience members who were treated to a very engaging history of King Farm, a/k/a Irvington Farms.
